MEET NAOMI

Naomi is a Maasai girl from Kenya  who was rescued from Genital Mutilation and Premature Marriage.  Like most girls of age in her village, She was removed from school at 8, to be groomed for marriage. At 12, a 65 year old man gave a camel to her family as a dowry to marry Naomi. She's rescued and safe.

 

We were able to enroll her in school in November 2015 through Light of Life Ministry, our partner in the region.
